Don't take this the wrong way, but I think a rucksack for running is the way forward rather than buying a laptop specific one.
Use a laptop sleeve for laptop and papers, personally I use one of those felt/neoprene ones that seems to bounce pretty well.
I only run about 20-30km a week but wear a suit at work. So currently I use either a 12l pack (Cactus Zero) which fits my MacBook Pro fine plus a head torch, pertex top, extra layer etc or if I need to bring the suit trousers home (Rohan Envoy trousers, just roll em up and stuff 'em in the bag) then I use my old Inov8 mountain marathon 22l bag.
Laptop bags less handy for other things and rarely designed for running.
cheers
