Hi UKC,
Can anyone recommend some insurance for me? I'm going to be doing a ski season in BC and I'm looking for an insurance plan that doesn't have a 90 day trip limit and will give me back country ski cover. I've used the BMC insurance before but that doesn't look like they offer extended trip cover worldwide anymore...

I used a company called true traveller. They offer travelling insurance for all possible sporting activities, anywhere in the world and for any period you like. I checked out loads and these were very competitive.

Me and my missus are travelling Europe in our camper van on the back of a ski season in Tignes. Our policy was £320 each and that covered all skiing related stuff included off piste and also covered us for climbing and abseiling.
