I'm looking to purchase a Arc'teryx Alpha FL 45. I've noticed it comes with side compression strap points but doesn't come with the actual straps.

Has anyone got any tips of where to find straps to fit onto the bag? Or any experience doing it themselves? I've read it can accommodate straps up to 22mm wide. I would like to be able to compress the bag when it has less stuff in it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Iain!

In reply to IainMay:

Shock cord and cordgrips with a mini karabiner on the end (Alpkit smallie clippers?)

Or accessory/paracord?

Or get some 20mm webbing and ladder buckles/quick release buckles, or those metal hook buckles.
