hoping to get somewhere in december, and would appreciate any ideas, ideally sport (not much weight to take)
easy to get to and cheapish digs. grade wise 6a ish.

thanks

Malta and Gozo are usually fine for climbing throughout winter. Plenty of bolted routes to go at too.

Kalymnos, Nafplio, El Chorro, Calpe, etc

Malham can be good in the winter when the sun is out and the wind is from the north.

San Vito lo Capo, Sicily. There's cheap chalets and things at the campsite south of town, and probably some affordable options in town as well. Loads of nice climbing in the fives and sixes within walking distance of the chalets.

Spain. El Chorro, Costa Blanca, Castellon areas will all be good at that time of year. Currently in the Costa Blanca it's perfect climbing weather

Been down to Winspit, Hedbury etc on the south coast plenty of times in the winter months, and if you get the right day you'll be climbing in t-shirts
