I have been there several times and use the 2008 Rockfax. It's clearly not up to date, and there are many new sectors that aren't in it. However, for the sectors it does cover, there doesn't seem to have been many changes. There is also a local guide (available in El Chorro) that has many more routes, but less information. For a short trip, I'd try and get hold of the Rockfax. I've done 5 trips there, and still feel that I've got loads of routes to do, before the Rockfax guide becomes exhausted.
