The Llanberis Mountain Film Festival is now less than 2 weeks away and the Beacon will be hosting the following events to compliment what looks like being a great weekend:

Fun Bouldering Comp £5 (Sat 1pm-6pm) suitable for all ages/abilities with cash prizes for the winners donated by the Beacon and with lots of randomly allocated spot prizes donated by DMM. There will be approx 20 problems per category and you can turn up whenever you like to give them a go.

Masterclasses with Glenda Huxter & Silvia Fitzpatrick £20(Sat 10.30am-1pm)as well as Johnny Dawes £25 time tbc.

Yoga for climbers workshops with Geoff Powell £5
(Sat & Sun 10-11.30am)

In reply to Steve Mayers: looked like it could have been quite good - except i was out in cwm glas all saturday and tickets for individual events couldn't be bought in the evening....

why do this? weren't most of the target audience up in the hills?
