Troll Wall Norway - Rimmon Route

I was planning to climb the Rimmon Route on the troll wall in Norway next summer, but I have heard reports of a massive rockfall in 1999, leaving a 1000m scar on the wall.
Does anyone have any information about whether this has affected the Rimmon route - will my 5 year old guide book be obsolete?
