The new SteriPEN Adventurer Opti can protect from waterborne illnesses including viruses in just 90 seconds (for one litre). It will provide a staggering 8,000 separate 1lt treatments. What's more, its all seeing optical eye enables it to be used even in glacial melt water. It's this Optical Sensor that doubles up as an LED torch for back-up purposes.
To purify, push button to activate and select volume to be purified (0.5l or 1l). Place the lamp in clear water and the UV lamp will kick into action and shine blue. Stir until the indicator LED turns green.
To use as torch, press and hold the activation button for 3 seconds for 3 minutes of torch light. Reactive as needed.
