Applicants should be experienced at a high level in mountaineering and or paddle sport and hold appropriate professional qualifications.
Management, organisational and IT skills are highly valued as well as a good knowledge of the workings of the relevant governing bodies and their qualification schemes. The post holder deputises for the Chief Executive in Centre matters and represents the Centre on a variety of committees.
