The Epic 35's ice tool PickPockets, welded crampon patch and tuck-away rope strap secure your gear on the approach, and we included a removable padded hipbelt and fixed webbing belt for easy strip-downs. The Epic 35 won Black Diamond an award at last summer's OutDoor Industry Award 2010.
