The Climbing Centre Group, who operate three busy climbing centres in Manchester, Harrogate and Reading, are introducing a new training program to help you stay fit and get the most out of your climbing, whether you are new to the sport or are a seasoned climber.

CCG climbing coaches Ellie Howard and a team of trained climbing coaches are offering personalised training plans, designed by Ellie, tailored to your individual lifestyle. During an initial one-hour consultation, you will be assessed on your general and climbing fitness allowing each four-week plan to be designed which best suits your needs.

The bespoke plans work in a four-stage cycle, beginning with General Fitness, which will help you burn off any excess taken on over Christmas and the New Year and getting you ready for the next stages; strength, power and power endurance.

Consultations are available to book through each centre's reception, and your four week plan will be sent out to you within two days of your consultation.
