In association with Mammut, this free instore one-to-one clinic has been designed to help customers learn more about their feet and ensure they receive the best possible footwear advice for the coming winter season.
The clinic takes place at Outside, Hathersage, this Sunday 21st October with Gary Gibson and Rob Bradshaw-Hilditch who both work for the NHS and between them have over 45 years experience in Biomechnics and Rehabilitation.
Visitors to Outside will receive a thorough 40 minute assessment with an individual biomechanical analysis including a gait assessment, identification of how the foot performs upon ground contact and how any imbalance affects the lower limb and lower spine.
Participants will find out if there is a need for support through insoles, exercises and strengthening to improve foot function and reduce lower limb stresses.
After each clinic, shop staff will be on hand to offer customers optional Mammut boot fitting advice.
There are only nine slots available so to reserve your free one-to-one assessment call Outside on 01433 651936.
