Climbing films are always centre stage at the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival and this year's a record with 24 films films - including the premiere of Wide Boyz II - Slender Gentlemen on Friday and our Sheffield Hospitals Charity fundraiser with The Limbless Mountaineer Jamie Andrew premiering his attempt to become the first disabled person to climb The Matterhorn followed by a discussion on risk and reward with Andy Kirkpatrick.
With three special Climb Film Sessions, two Mountain Film sessions, two feature length films and a wide range of lectures including Alastair Lee, James Pearson and Caroline Ciavaldini, Tom Randall and Pete Whittaker as well as James MacHaffie. See full climb films / talks line up CLICK HERE.

Tom Randall and Pete Whittaker are back, taking everything they learnt from their brutal ascent of Century Crack and applying to Canada's even thinner cracks in 'Slender Gentlemen'. See the film, then hear the lecture on Saturday.

Mountaineer and quadruple amputee Jamie Andrew premieres and talks about his new Channel 5 film + special guest panel including Andy Kirkpatrick.
All procceeds will go to Sheffield Hospitals Charity to help raise funds for a satellite blood fridge to support the Nothern General Hospital's Major Trauma Centre.
