From the website: "We now meet in the Phoenix on Buxton Road (A6), (just opposite Sainsbury's) Stockport on the first and third Thursday of each month from about 9.00 p.m."

And: "we are not purely a Climbing, Walking or a Mountaineering Club. Our aim is to cater for anybody who has a love of mountain activities, whatever their preference, and try to provide them with the opportunities to participate with other like-minded people. Sounds very idealistic, we think it works. Club membership is composed of Climbers, Walkers and Mountaineers, and members also participate in other outdoor activities including Skiing, Mountain Biking, Caving and Canoeing.
