i led the first pitch of the adjacent grade II route (is it mortal coil ?) then we crossed to the buttress of echo edge and AW led the main section there. during the climb he felt the series of unbanked-out ledge/steps were more IV than III. lovely coire and achallader coire the same. hardest yet for me.
