Links the top of Sgurr nan Gobhar with the western shoulder of Sgurr na Banachdich. Purgatorial progress up the unstable screes to Sgurr nan Gobhar is followed by pleasant straightforward scrambling with little exposure on the ridge.

In descent after Sgurr na Banachdich via Sgurr Dearg. Would be a good scramble in ascent, but at the end of a long day with incessant rain and cloud base down to 100m, this got a bit tedious! Wasn't sure exactly where we were until practically standing in the car park, vis was so bad. Welcome to Skye!
