First Ascent. This was Doug Benn's conception, but he couldn't do it. So he phoned me and Tim and said "come over to Skye". Climbed on site. On the frst pitch we went up the wall right of the groove, as the groove was very wet. Belay at the end of pitch 1 on the arete was a bit frightning as the belay gear was beneath my feet :-(
