Seemed only right to go and get the sit start done after flashing the stand up. Once I'd had a mini panic about forgetting how I did the stand up, it all came together (with a mini faff on the last move which I would have been gutted to have dropped after all the hard bit!. Not ideal conditions yesterday, Woodwell was a bit humid and the holds were seeping worse than the week before, but got it done, so was happy with that!
