30m. This climbs the prominent right-slanting crack in brownish rock some 8m right of the arete Start below the crack and climb awkwardly up past a small ramp to better holds leading to the crack. Follow the crack untuil it fades, then go straight up to a heather ledge. Afinal slab leads to the top.
A great climb, the start is very delicate and quite bold(possibly E1 5b with mossy holds) after the crack is gained the climbing is steady and well protected. It seems more logical to follow the leftwards slanting crack past the left of the ledge when the main crack fades then the rightwards slanting crack above to finnish in the same place. This gives good clean well protected climbing. With a good clean would be worth 3stars!! gareth scott borthwick - Lead O/S - 25/Jun/10 with Maria
