A great ridge scramble, fairly easy about grade 1/2 to start but some harder and more exposed scrambling nearer the summit. There is also a very exposed narrow slab that must be crossed just before the summit. Great scramble, highly recommend.

Great route actually, despite the label of "tourist route", it has a nice feel to it, with some imposing views on the way up. Mostly a walk with some mild scrambling, some of which is optional until the last few metres to the summit. This final part gives it the grade 3, but in my opinion was probably grade 2 if you get the right line. Saw brocken spectre on summit but gone by the time I got my camera out.
