Done after work. Left the car at 6.45pm, started climbing at 8, and both on top at 10.30 just in the last bit of light. Brilliant route. Glad I didn't have to lead the last pitch by headtorch...bold with slightly complex route finding and some suspect rock.

Led pitches 2 and 4. Absolutely stunning route - would say E1 5a but considerable exposure, suspect rock, hard to route find on last pitch and rope cutting rock make it quite serious! Maybe last pitch not best for the budding E1 leader! A fantastic day out - cheers Jason :)

absolutely wild route. Amazing climbing. Route Topo piss poor ( beware ) lots of loose rock and razor sharp rope choping flakes on 4th pitch which are v diff to avoid dragging ropes over. With the walk in this all adds to a full value mountain day. A huge relief to summit and forget about the horrors and exposure. Brilliant day, 50/50 gibbering/laughing. Massive respect to the late Robin Smith.

Amazing route, led p1&3. had a bit of an epic on final pitch, warren got lost and had to be lowered back onto route, we had to set up intermediate hanging belays and i then had to down climb/traverse back onto route, which ended in having to use rope to pendulum onto final traverse!!

Fantastic climb from the first move till the last, sensational exposure throughout. On last pitch failed on higher traverse (5b? pumpy) before doing lower traverse, some hanging belay carnage ensued due to rope drag.

Great route though some of the rock is a bit suspect and feels a bit like airy ledge shuffling in places! Got a bit lost on the top pitch, tried about 4 different ways all of which seemed too hard to be 5a before finding a way out....

amazing climb - exposure tremendous, Lead pitches 2 & 4. Felt claustophobic right up to pulling through roof of pitch two and saw the ground fall away to my right. Pog did pitch 1,3 and I did 2 and 4.Serious accident on route a little before our ascent and evidence on ground disturbing. Take care to runner so rope cant load over big flake!
