[sarclet pimpernel, 2 kb]35m. An essential Scottish classic taking a superb line in an amazing position. Start from a sloping ledge beneath Groove Armada, or a bit lower if tide allows. Move steeply and boldly up and rightwards to the arete, rest a little, and continue up the immaculate easier cracks left of the arete. Take a photographer.

Very good steady climbing. Start has loads of character being steep, bit bold and exciting. The rest doesn't disappoint either.
geoff.comley - Lead O/S - 10/Aug/12 with Matthew Thompson

E0. Not that bold moving out to the arete and steady above. Fabulous.
victim of mathematics - Lead O/S - 09/Aug/12 with James Oswald

Filmed climbing this route as part of a German documentary series. Awesome day out and a cracking route. Bold and fingery start merits E1 we thought.

In the rain. Conglomerate and amazing in the same sentence...who would have thought it possible :)
sebrider - Lead O/S - 19/Sep/10 with Chris wilson

A quality route on unusual rock. The experience was spoiled by having to second it in the rain, the traverse to the arete was pretty hairy with cold hands and no gear to prevent a big swing.
