170m. A fine line curving up to the right in the centre of the face.It is readily seen from the A5,and fortunately is not as steep as it appears from the car! It is a shallow corner which gradually lies back as one proceeds.The first pitch is the most difficult,and as it holds little ice,an ascent should be reserved for a day when the snow is iron hard. Ground was nowhere near hard enough,Sherp fell the entire length of the first pitch,unroped! Went and did something else.
