Easy! Reckon it's easier than Jaz, just a committing move into the heel/toe.

Clean up until the roof (with every axe placement shouted out). Had several tries at pulling through the roof but couldn't summon the power to do it. I thought it was hard to heelhook with stickies on, it's even harder to heelhook with B3 boots and crampons on! Good fun but hardwork! Absolutely exhausted and acheing afterwards.

After Jaz. Pretty steady as well, with a bit of beta from Dave A on the section to the roof as some of the slots aren't obvious and I don't know this one as well as Jaz. Got a good heel/toe and pulled through without too much difficulty.

Tricky getting over the roof, key for me was using the very tiny holds on the left to reach the flat ledge.
Claudia Harvey - Lead - 19/Jan/14 with Ramon Marin
At last! Wasn't sure I'd nail it this time as was feeling the bouldering session from two days earlier. Did the section to the roof pretty smoothly and then had a good rest. Got a really good heel/toe hook, which also helped - clipping was straightforward and felt secure for a change! Getting stood up from there is the crux for me and this time it felt easy. A short shower passed through as I was doing it but it wasn't a problem. Finished carefully making sure not to blow it! Time to get on Tumble...

In one go to the roof but not as smoothly as I'd like, particularly around the second bolt. Lots of rests below the roof and on the bat hang. Actually got the bat hang ok first go but then the foot popped out and the left axe followed, so ended up cutting loose on the right axe - but it held and I got back into position! Think I hadn't clipped yet at that point! Lots of goes to get stood up - needed the height to get the good flattie above the poor hooks, in the end a short handle helped me on my way. Fairly easy after that. Needs more practice but should go.

Got to the roof with one rest when couldn't see the next hook. Nice climbing. Despite resting for a while, when I got the toe/heel hook I wasn't feeling fresh enough to commit to tacking a hand off to clip... Or just being a wimp! Didn't get the best heel/toe either. Lowered off. Will be back!

Wild moves through the roof and to get the heel / toe hook, definately one to go back and lead.

Lead first while working (and clipping QDs), then after the rest, managed to do it clean, helped by loads of beta from Dave. PB. Pleased!

Clip to clipped the section to the roof at the end of the day on the Saturday. Tried this on the Sunday after sensible warm up routes. Had one rest on the lower section and then on the lip of the roof after clipping the bolt. Above the roof there are some stiff pulls but things soon ease. Should go with more work! Done on day 2 of the White Goods Gathering. Thanks to everyone who helped out with beta!
