First climb of the trip
Nice and easy with a big ab finale!I got the 5a (ish) pitch as we decided to push for the top regardless of the impending clouds of doom... made it more exctiing.
Simul climbed. Literally never had to deal with so many aggressive punters..
led P1,3,6; P5 crux; daunting abseil - 10m and 50m

First multipitch of the season. Nice gentle route, well bolted. Bit of a walk off to a tree ab point, worth taking shoes. Looked a bit dodgy, held on by many many slings/tat, but actually quite solid.

Massive (60m) hanging ab to get off
Easy but excellent climbing on first three pitches. At top, ab 10m down to first bolted station- don't try to reach bottom in one ab on 50m ropes.

I led pitches 1,3,5 & 7. Jeanie led pitches 2,4 & 6.
You won't make the ground if you try to ab from the tree on 50 m. ropes! Proper ab point a few meters lower down and to the left.
