Sunshine Superman* E4 6a
[Plenty of Sunshine..., 3 kb]20m. A thin steep slab eliminate right of MY, gaining independence and quality with height. Start up a groove and gain a ledge above the first overlap. Bold eliminate moves with minimal protection lead to good holds and good gear around the main overlap. A safer but thrilling crux directly over this leads to easier ground.

Followed matts onsight lead. Worth the slightly convoluted start for the climbing above. The moves over the 2nd overlap are some of the best I've done.

Returned for the lead, had one more go on top rope before and also brushed the holds. Preplaced the gear because all the placements apart from the cams in the first break are either tricky to place micro nuts (top section) or slightly loose/sandy. RP 3 or 4 (or 5, I cant remember)needed to protect the crux slab move. Will return to place gear on lead at some point.
