45metres Start at the left (landward) end of the landward slab below a prominent crack that curves up and right above the overhangs. Follow the well protected crack to join an arete (this is the finish of Mother's Final Thunder). Belay to stakes 5 metres above the rock. Abseil from the stakes (these are nice long ones joined by a tape and an in-situ karabiner).
