βeta: Don't suppose this will ever get a repeat, but as the first ascensionist I need to make an additional comment. I used a peg runner (medium king pin/lost arrow) but suggested a largish cam would substitute. At the time I'd never used a large cam and didn't realise it wouldn't work in such a shallow placement. You might get away with a largeish hexcentric placed on two corners, but I would recommend taking a peg!
