Finnieston Ferry VS 4c
18m. In the first cutting on the railway if approaching from Topley Pike layby. Climb the artificial arete made of gritstone blocks to the limestone headwall. Go up and right, then back left to the top. Described in the old Wye Valley guide as "Very unusual and very worthwhile".
Certainly worthwhile having BMC membership for public liability on this one!

This one should definitely be in the On Peak Rock Esoterica list! Great fun and likely to be the only climb that contains both gritstone and limestone (unless someone does another route on the same bit!).
