Star Shot** E3 5c
[Trevor Massiah risking neck ache watching Charlie Woodburn on one of the steepest E3s in Pembroke, 3 kb]36m, 2 pitches. Relatively amenable climbing up the superb overhanging left end of the wall. Some loose rock on the second pitch. 1 21m 5c Start at low tide below a large flake. Climb up and wriggle up behind this to a small thread, continue slightly right on jugs past a large thread to a roof. Make commiting moves up and left into a diagonally slanting chimney. Follow this to its end before making a few tricky moves to belay in the base of the chimney. 2 15 5c Continue up the chimney and pull out onto the wall above in a outrageously exposed position. A couple of hurried pulls lead to easier climbing on dubious flakes. Top out directly with extreme care.
