Slightly exciting; followed Birthday boy Sam up 1st pitch and we were belaying Ben up after when Matt took a nasty 20m fall from P2 of Cicoch Grooves to halfway down P1. Lowered Ben straight off to help and we finished the route and got down asap. Leading after seeing a fall like that was harrowing to say the least. Matt was choppered off the mountain and got away with some nasty cuts and a broken wrist.

I led first pitch, Matt led second. The gear didn't seem too bad with a No.4 torque nut and a No.5 dragon cam. Maybe arms and legs stuffed into the crack made it feel safer.
