A really enjoyable solo on a beautiful winter day. Took the ridge pretty much directly, Grade III overall with some entertaining steps. Spectacular exposure on the final pinnacles.

Bit windy up there! Good route, soloed most, pitched a bit. Good snow and turf. Summited in white out,descended down east ridge. 5 hours car to car.

Very nice little ridge, open to lots of variation. In the high wind and low visibility, we skirted a couple of the buttresses but taken direct could give a good long route, possibly at a higher grade. Got the rope out for one pitch up a nice v corner with excellent turf in the back. Total white out on the top and rued my decision not to pack goggles!

Great route, mostly grade II with some optional mixed sections which felt hard (but excellent and well protected) for II.
