Such a good route that I had to let Irene climb it. Just as pleasantly scary on the 2nd half as the first time, three weeks before, but there is enough gear if you look. e.g. The big pocket has enough room for a big nut on the left and your fingers on the right.

This route is worth half an hour of anyone's time. People who think it should be HVS clearly haven't done many HVSs! You do have to climb above your gear, but the crux isn't hard, easy 4c on good holds, and any experienced VS leader should have no trouble. Great route - nice climbing in a lovely position.

Great climb. Led, placing last protection just above the peg. Did not have correct cam for the pocket so climbed the crux facing a 14-15m swing. Lovely route, well worth doing.

A great route. It fully deserves the 3 stars that the SMC give it. It's steep, sustained for the grade and nicely exposed. The gear is no more than adequate and thin for the top half of the route. This is one of the best crag (not high hill crag) VS's that I've done. The timing was perfect as well; the forecast rain arrived just as Graham topped out.

Was desperate to bag it before i leave the area. Took about 1.5hr to drag my arse up the 45m single pitch. 1st half of route was great, plenty of protection and holds, got quite bold after that, decided to head left to the crack with the small Rowan tree and top out that way, rather than head up the last section (~5m) without any decent protection
