UKC

A left to right low-level traverse (c.27m) of the eastern end of the buttress. Start at the far left of the seaward face of the buttress. After 4m the first difficulties are encountered: pass the bulge keeping feet near beach level, but off the pebbles! Then continue easily until around 13m in to the route a big slabby crack is reached just before the second interesting section of climbing. Traverse on to the spikey, blocky rock, keeping low for the best climbing, but hoping nothing falls off with you on it. The route finishes just before the big patch of sea moss in the cave.

Limpets are in, beach pebbles are not, and periwinkles will just go splat.
