There is a loose flake on pitch 6 of Giant's Crawl near the belay - extreme care is needed.
Dates: 1 March to 30 June
Reason: Nesting Birds
Peregrines have been known to nest on the upper section of B Buttress, above Giants Crawl as well as C Buttress. The last time the birds were known to nest was 2014, but if visiting the crag early in the season please be aware that they could return and report to the BMC if birds are seen nesting.

βeta: I lead p1 and p3. First pitch is steady. Second pitch was fairly bold and required a steady head from Mark on lead. Final pitch was a short but strenuous corner / slab followed by a scramble to a belay ledge. In the corner (under/right of the nose feature) I clipped the piece of tat 3/4 up the corner; however, wouldn't put much trust in this. Still reasonably well protected for the strenuous moves on awkward but large holds out right. Good route over all. | ||
