Late start so headed for the Trinity Face. Slush turned to surprisingly firm snow on the plod up to the Spider. Paul, Ken and Ben went up Central, which was not too bad. I opted for LH and it proved to be hard work and not much fun as every so often I sunk through to the hips. Still, good to get out in the snow for the first time this season.

Second trinity route in the bag. Approached via Crib Goch traverse then down the Snow softening but still good. Topped out right onto the summit but v poor visibilibility. A bit easy for a II. I/II as per guide is fairer.
