Skied down half way took skis off half way down as couldnt link upper snow field and lower gully. Ski'd the lower half to link into centre post. Very icy up top and not great conditions wouldn't recommend it currently.

This was a nice little gully were it not for skiers coming down and bringing down chunks of ice and rock!Hope to go back soon and do Raeburns Gully! All in all a stunning place!

Some avalanche debris in the gully. Tried to climb the ice up the side near the top, but it was far too brittle for us.

Used as a descent. Swept by an avalanche near the top for 10 metres, before managing to self-arrest unhurt. 10cm fresh snow on top of the icy surface, which are not bonded at all, avalanched, possibly triggered by a spindrift or something blown from the south side.

Had to skirt right on the way down due to suspect snow pack and evidence of avalanche activity towards bottom. Nice, quick descent. Saw members of the avalanche party sending out a flare - many sympathies.
