Start up Le Cadeau de Vacances then step left to white quartz footholds on the lip of the undercut wall. Traverse along the lip until it is possible to trend up left to a bulge on the arete. Surmount this. Place gear then move round the arete to gain the slab. Committing moves, using the arete and a positive hold, allow progress via an eventual hidden jug to the top.
