Hidden - AltLd - 05/Aug/10

Led both pitches. P1 very good and the start of P2 is also nice. Better to cross the slab and belay out by the arete (plenty of good gear). Peg is useless and best left to rot, there is gear anyway. A better route might be Fuck Face P1 into The Hood P2??
Hay - Lead O/S - Jul/10 with Nick Bowen

The peg described in the SMC guidebook is useless as the eye has rusted through. Didnít feel too happy with the belay for the 2nd pitch but we may have missed something. The climbing was enjoyable though and the top out is much easier than it looks as the clumps of heather for the right hand add security and there is the odd bit of rock for the left.
kdlauder - AltLd O/S - 30/Jun/10 with james

first pitch. my advice is to do it in one pitch because the belay on the slabby shelf isn't amazing. also the peg abover is rotten. VS difficulty with E1 danger!
franksnb - AltLd O/S - 30/Jun/10 with keith

Done in one pitch.

Was expecting great things, they never happened, not the classic I'd expected! To easy with one or two moves and a scrappy finish.

Definitly an HVS! Cave Crag catches the sun beautifully during the afternoon (even in late September!) Good views from crag over mixed woodland to Dunkeld bridge and cathedral.
