Stickle Tarn 25/Apr/14 Lead O/S

Like a mini snake dike although more technical. Friction 5.7 to start. Nice route. Bolts well spaced !

Good climbing up the striking feature of the sinuous dike. A couple of hardish moves - to pass the first bolt, and get up to the small roof - linked by enjoyable padding.

Backed off - first route in JT and found it a little run out to say the least!

Paul led with one rest; I seconded with rests. Wrong shoes (Boreal Spiders) for smearing.
