Three pitch stunner. Follow the Risjønbekken stream to the first pitch WI3/ 3+, belay at a solid tree. Second pitch is WI2 to just below the pillar. From here scoot up left or right depending on choice and build a belay in the cave. Left side is sheltered from the sun and has the best ice. Climb the pillar at WI 4+/ 5-. Decent from tree on the far left. Almost as spectacular as the pillar itself, a wonderful airy abseil back into the cave and fantastic photo opportunity. Abseil the ice ca. 3 rappels the descend the ice in the steam or walk off to the south and descend the slope.
