Lead first pitch up short steep step and traverse under waterfall, spectacular but wet, Had hope of finding a belay but run out of screws and rope. went back down on lower traverse.
Warren Earle - Lead dnf - 30/Jan/10 with Nev
In pretty good condition; ice was solid, plenty of screws placed. Cornice at the top not too bad, quite solid windslab to pull over onto.

Parts on climb more like grade 3 due to over iced parts made vertical. Lead 2nd pitch ice poor at top of pitch.

I have often wondered where this route goes at II and am still confused. A section of the last bit where the guidebook says go up past a block was more like III if not IV. It would be difficult to tell if this was banked out or climbable at II in different conditions.
jonnie3430 - Lead O/S - 05/Jan/10
Route insufficiently banked up. Backed off.
Mr Fuller - 2nd dnf - 02/Jan/10 with Ollie Kenyon, Joe Barker
lot of hollow ice on the first pitch, then it got dark and we could make sense of the description we had, so traversed over to (what I think was) Green Eyes, traversed up and right to a rock and turf rib, climbed on top of it and up, then left and up back across the top of Green Eyes.

Peter Pan direct start then traversing into Land of make believe. Grade 3.
steven - AltLd O/S - 08/Feb/09 with Simon Dawson
Poor ice on second pitch and shed loads of powder made this feel a lot harder than grade 2!
MDowson - AltLd O/S - 07/Feb/09 with Karl wood
mmm, ice was quite hollow in places, and that powdery unprotected cornice traverse... definatley felt a lot harder than II - shame cant climb V as peter pan was in and looked protectable
