Fantastic afternoon and great introduction to Scotland. Led pitch 3 (spicy excellent crux pitch) and 6. This route makes 3 pebble slab look rather shit and over hyped.

led 2, 4, 6. Slipped off seconding the downwards traverse into the crevasse on p3. For p4, the guidebook description was a bit confusing - where it says "faint line of cracks" after the 3m right traverse, it's more like a rut which goes a little way up, but finishes well before the overlap (behind which is the belay). You can then either head straight up the slab, or traverse left to another faint short groove which takes you a little higher before you have to move up the blank slab for a few moves to the overlap, and traverse round to the right to find the belay.

Definitely deserves E1, it would catch a lot of people off guard if downgraded to HVS, unless they had gecko feet of course.

really nice. very consistent difficulty and all incredibly enjoyable. not really e1, just fairly spaced gear at times, hardest bit well protected. last (vertical) pitch a hilarious way to finish
tomdude - AltLd - 13/Sep/09 with rob
Led 1,3,5,7. Wanted to climb this for so long and it was everything I thought it would be, technical and a bit bold, suburb rock and quality climbing. Up there with the best routes I've climbed, with every pitch giving interest especially 3 and 4 witch were both bold and technical. This route is summed up but Sean's comments on pitch 2 SUBLIME!
andymoin - AltLd O/S - 27/Jun/09 with Sean
Lead pitches 2, 4 and 6.. One of the best routes Ive climbed so far and a great intro to Etive Slabs.A lovely line full of teetery techy goodness that just gets better as you go up.MIldly run out on pitch 4 I guess but after a few words with myself I moved on. the friction is your friend
SeanB - AltLd O/S - 26/Jun/09 with Andy
Superb route. All pitches interesting with some spicy moves. The last pitch is so out of character but an excellent finish. Must do route.

have been up the pause 3 times. one of my favourite climbs ever! The traverse on guidebook pitch 3 is 5b but well protected. I have belayed short of this at swastika under the overlap (making the traverse pitch 4) which makes it easier to communicate on the traverse.
the pitch after is easier at 5a, but the route isn't obvious at the top and its a bit runout. from then on its just good fun. brilliant!
