UKC

40m. Climb just right of the obvious right hand arete, using flakes and a big crack. Hardest at the start escape onto a shelf level with the arete, before the arete and finally a slab. The top slab is very dirty. The Descent is far more fun than the climb. Do not climb thinking the tree on Raven as mentioned in the guide book is suitable for abseil, its rotten and dead. In situ lower off above and at right end of ledge.

C Rowland, B Ledingham 1981.
