Committing for VS

Really fun. Yeah the tops a bit run out but the holds are good, and the climbings easy. Also theres a number 2 (ish?) cam in a vertical slot to the left.

No gear at the top. Good jugs out to the right - if I had fallen it could have been messy! Good climb in the fading light.
Easy enough climbing but very committing for VS.

Quite a bold scary lead, glad I was seconding
Def bold at top. Route also very sandy!
Quite sandy in places, enjoyable slab but quite committing. Slipped a couple once but don't think weighted rope. Iain lead.

Removed a lot of greenery and crud!

Managed to get a sneaky microwire in a bit higher. Psychological only :)
Thin at the top, one tenuous microwire unless I was missing something.
Did two ascents due to going back down for a stuck nut.

Managed to protect the top with a blue offset and a bomber blue alien. Seemed OK, committing for the grade.
bold, very bold at the top

Nice climb. Not hard.
The top section is in no way `bold'; I found a no. 1 nut placement halfway up the upper slab and a decent cam just below the top. There is the odd loose block here and there.

slightly damp, nice route, the bolder upper section is protectable with microwires

good second lead by riny
|Fiona Reid||03/Aug/07||Lead O/S||
Interesting route, took a long time to decide to go for the top part. Had an excursion into the corner to see if that was any nicer - it wasn't.
Bruce and Stuart
As per the guidebook, bold at the top.
I remember seconding this in twighlight!
Used micro wires to protect the top part making it not bold at all! ( as is my want).
Bottled the unprotected top section and down-climbed.
