quick 4 hrs 'up & back' - light winds, sunshine & good visibility until 10 mins after summiting when wind picked up and clouds lowered over tops for half an hour. Great scramble in BG scrambling shoes (slightly damp/slippy on grass & moss and start/finish areas were a tad boggy in places)

On mountain leader training. Walked in from Gerlan the day before and wild camped alongside Cwm Pen Llafar below Carnedd Dafydd. Great out of the way route with fantastic atmosphere and great views from the top!

Fog cleared just in time to make an ascent worthwhile. Roped up and used a combination of moving together and quick spike/direct belays to reassure nervous partner and keep us safe. Loads of nice rock on the crest, with some great exposure and some technical challenges without ever being too serious.
