βeta: So even though we'd scoped out the route from below a wet unprotected slab greeted me at the top of the first pitch. I had to bale but that wasn't easy due to lack of gear to lower off so had a pretty gripping down climb. Advice is - if the route is wet don't press on. Bale while it's still safe. | βeta? | |

βeta: It\'s graded as Severe 4a, 4a in the SMC \"Cairngorms\" 2007 and Latter\'s Scottish Rock South. I don\'t think the grade is any easier than that (the condition we encountered was very bad (wet) and so it is my best guess for the dry condition). | βeta? | |
