Rockfax Description
30m. The line of the crag featuring some superb and tough climbing but sadly, currently the gear is a bit old. The first bolt is high but there are some nut placements before it. © Rockfax

Bailed at the steep bit. Thought the bolts were shit with hangers wobbling everywhere!

Top tip: use the holds on the slab to the right to get through the crux

Hard crux move about two thirds up quite high above gear with not much to aim for either.

Bouldery crux with slightly spaced bolts. Got through it after working at the moves.

Didn't manage the move coming off the nose/arete back on to the face.... Needed to man up, but definitely next time, great climb.

Got confused on what I assume is the crux (you step left onto a ledge and are presented with a blank section) and had a take whilst I thought about what to do. Very technical and nice, had to tighten a few bolts on the way up and the gear isn't shiny any more which freaked me out a bit.

A couple of falls from the crux required I have a second go.

2 loose bolts and a rusty peg... crux bolt was ok though.

Very nice climbing - tricky technical crux sequence made me pause a while though..

Super nice climbing but dubious bolts

Circus ?/Feb/08 Lead O/S

Quite exciting without any gear to back up the ageing bolts.

Seemed very hard (6c?), 2 other competent groups backed off, one member of which had found this climb easy 2ys previously. Plus just after the crux grove there is a rusty peg, not a bolt!

Maybe Im just not well practiced at limestone, but this seemed harder than any F6a+ Ive been on before!
