P1 is possibly the best HVS pitch I've climbed anywhere. Why isn't everyone talking about this superb route?
Derek Ryden - 2nd O/S - 07/Aug/14 with Glynne Andrew
After slithering around on the rocks below to collect up the chalkbag, sunglasses, and cam from a rockpool. Excellent route - found it much more straightforward than I thought it would be after watching Graeme dither for an hour and a half on the first pitch.
Becky E - 2nd O/S - 11/Jul/14 with Graeme Hammond
WOW, took ages and almost blew it down climbing the overhang for a rest after spitting all the toys out of the pram (dropped my chalk bag, a friend and my sunglasses) but held it together. Finished direct on the 2nd pitch instead of the easy traverse left. Need to come back to do more on this cliff. What a place and a great end to the trip. Thanks to Becky xxx
