Twid Turner - 2015

The most amazing route ever. Led P1 & P3 clean O/S but dogged out the main pitch on second. Topped out at sunset. Keen to go back for it clean.
Alex Mason - AltLd - 03/Jun/12 with George Ullrich

First ascent with Louise Thomas and Garry Latter. I led the first two pitches free on the first day. The second pitch being quite hard. The 2nd belay was a hanging stance above the sea. The third pitch was soaking sop we left it and came back another day when it had dried out. I lead the pitch and ran out of steam with my hands on what I had thought would be my belay ledge. Funny really on a sports climb it would of been the top of the pitch! I took the rest then pulled onto the ledge. I led the pitch all free but unfortunately rested. Bit gutted. Gary lead a pitch then I ran all the rope out on the final E5 pitch. An incredible climb. We finished around midnight in full sun. We drank all night in the party tent with the Jacobite club. Best E7 in Scotland!
